These versatile blowers are engineered for continuous operation and can function as either exhausters or compressors. Their robust die-cast aluminum construction ensures maximum durability, making them suitable for both industrial and standard applications. These blowers operate without the need for lubrication between static and rotating components, ensuring low maintenance. Dedicated silencers for both suction and exhaust keep noise levels to a minimum. They offer flexibility with the option to fit frequency converters and can be oriented horizontally or vertically. Furthermore, they are compatible with single-phase or three-phase, multi-voltage, and multi-frequency motors. Customized configurations according to ATEX 3GD and 2G standards are also available upon request.

The blowers and exhausters within the SC series are constructed from a durable painted aluminum alloy. This product line offers various versions, including the single-stage "M" model (e.g., SC601M), the double-stage series "S" model (e.g., SC602S), and the parallel double-stage "P" model (e.g., SC602P). Notably, these units operate smoothly without requiring lubrication because there is no contact between static and rotating components; the bearings come prelubricated. These blowers are versatile, working effectively in both vertical and horizontal orientations, whether in compression or suction modes. They are manufactured in compliance with several industry standards, including EN2006/42, EN ISO 12100:2010, EN 60204-1:2006+AC:2010, EN2014/35, and EN2014/30. Additionally, they conform to EN-61000-64:2007 and EN61000-6-2:2005, adhering to the 2004/108/CE norm.

In addition to their standard side channel blowers, we offer a product range that includes ATEX-certified single and double-stage blowers. These blowers adhere to the 2014/34/UE directive, which regulates equipment and protective systems intended for use in potentially explosive atmospheres. Side channel blowers are classified under Group II and are suitable for operation in Zone 2 (gas) and Zone 22 (dust) environments. These ATEX-certified side channel blowers provide a high level of protection for 3GD classified areas, where the likelihood of encountering an explosive atmosphere is relatively low. The quality and safety of ATEX side channel blowers are confirmed through rigorous testing conducted by Bureau Veritas Italia.
